Nicolas Lebrun is the Founder and Managing Member of BOOMA L.L.C. With a career spanning military command, NATO program management, and digital sector advisory, he brings a rare combination of operational rigor and strategic perspective to every engagement.
He spent seven years at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Luxembourg, where he led multinational programs across a network of providers worldwide, overseeing complex procurement, multi-stakeholder coordination, and large-scale operational delivery in demanding international environments.
He is now focused on the digital finance sector, where he advises international organizations on technology governance, program coordination, and the strategic adoption of emerging industry standards.
